Join Nicole as she guides you with sound and vibration through the use of various instruments such as the Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, a Rav Vast drum and gong to create the perfect environment for you to relax, release, and vibrate higher.
In a sound meditation we work to bring the body and mind to a state of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and energetic alignment. The vibrations of the instruments harmonize with the energetic body and work to release dis-harmony and dis-ease that we hold due to stress, illness or environmental factors.
Attendees will be laying down for the duration of the session, so this class is suitable for all soul suits. Expect to leave with a sense of peace and deep inner calm.

Gentle Blend: A very simple Hatha Yoga class suitable for all ages and abilities. We will explore the basic postures of Hatha (physical) Yoga with the aid of props, walls, and the floor. Excellent for prenatal, post-natal, injury recovery and those who may find it difficult to do strenuous exercise, or who prefer to do a modest but effective level of practice.
Yoga Blend: This class is suitable for all levels of experience. from the beginner who is looking to gain fundamental knowledge of the postures to those who want to deepen their practice by revisiting the basics. This class is also for those who lack flexibility or have injuries. We will be focusing on the details of alignment and the development of muscular core strength at a slower pace. Options will also be given to those who wish to go deeper.
Hatha Yoga: This class is great for beginners building a strong foundation for a brand new practice or for yogis who want to brush up on specific alignment points of basic yoga poses. Learn some basic breathing techniques (pranayama), as well as a detailed breakdown of individual poses (asana). Beginners welcome.
Vinyasa Blend: This class is for students evolving in their Yoga practice with a more dynamic Vinyasa style (flowing from posture to posture with breath awareness) as well as a blend of other Yoga methods and Pranayama techniques. This is a more energized class in which advanced postures will be incorporated. You will be guided through stages of poses with the opportunity to choose what stage works best for you to grow your practice. Some prior yoga experience is recommended.
Evening Yoga: This class is uniquely sequenced for the people who show up.
With a combination of physical postures coordinated with the breath, this practice is designed to help you create more strength and space in your body and mind. Options will be given so you can better tailor the practice and find your own balance between effort and ease. Suitable for all soul suits.
Restorative Yoga: All yoga is restorative but this class transposes one from doing to being. Through the use of props, the body is completely supported in active relaxation. As you soothe your nervous system, the body cools down and the mind calms. Breath awareness, mindfulness, sound vibration and deep relaxation round out this class to balance the body and mind.
Chair Yoga: This class provides a safe alternative Yoga practice for those who are unable to practice on a mat. You will be guided through moving all major muscle groups and joints while sitting in a chair. Yogic breathing techniques and deep relaxation are essential parts of this class.
