A little bit of gentle yoga mixed with a lot of relaxation might be just what you need.
Restorative yoga might best described as a supported, conscious body/mind relaxation practice. When supported with props, the body relaxes and opens, releasing tension and stress. We will hold a small number of relaxing poses for extended periods of time to enjoy some deep meditative and well needed stress relief.
Nicole will also add the healing sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls and gong enabling you to get into a deeper state of relaxation while the sound vibrations wash over and nourish you. (No physical contact or bowl on body during this session).

* Masks must be worn at all times in the studio.
* New waivers need to be filled out either at the studio or to print your own and bring it Click Here
* There are stickers on the floor indicating where to set your mat down.
* Please bring your own mat, a small towel & a blanket. You can purchase one of our blankets if you'd like.
