The body is like an instrument; to be in harmony, it needs to be properly tuned.
Sound vibration, as one of our earliest developed senses, helps the body and mind to find peace and ease with life. It facilitates relaxation using instruments like Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, the gong and more. The gong especially helps to entrain the brain to the Theta brainwave state in as little as 90 seconds. The Theta state helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to rest and heal, reduce stress, and also helps us to realize more of our fullest potential.
All you have to do is lay back, relax, and be ❤️
Attendees will be laying down for the duration of the session or sitting in a chair if you prefer, so this class is suitable for all soul suits. We hope to send you off with a sense of peace and deep inner calm.
Please bring a mat, blanket or anything to help you find maximum comfort.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get comfortable.
