Private Yoga Sessions

Whether you're a beginner or a more experienced practitioner, private sessions are a great opportunity to get individual attention and grow your practice from where you are. 

No two bodies are the same, so practices are tailor-fit for students; as well additional attention given to modification and adjustments.

For the beginner  one on one sessions are a very useful in learning foundational postures and sequences, and preparing you to join one of our regular studio classes.

For the more experienced student  privates offer the space to advance your practice and work on what you want to explore, with an experienced teacher guiding your path. 

Bachelorette Yoga Parties  are a time to gather with your girls to create memories and celebrate the bride’s upcoming nuptials.  In studio or at your location what better way to kick off the celebration.  This class can be tailored to any level or length that you wish for you and your guests.  We also offer a special gift & prayer for the bride to be!

A Yoga Birthday Party  is the perfect way to celebrate the big day with a healthy dose of fun.  No matter the age we will create the perfect class for you that honors your journey in this life and nourishes your intention for health and well-being.  This class can be tailored to any level or length that you wish for you and your guests.
